💡 Display note: The Air's P3 wide color gamut is noticeably more vibrant — photos, videos, and web content look richer. True Tone auto-adjusts color temperature to ambient light, which is easier on the eyes. The Air's 13.6" screen is physically larger thanks to thinner bezels (same external footprint). The Neo's lack of a notch gives it a cleaner top bezel, but you lose the centered camera.

⚠️ Thermal throttling: The Neo has NO heat sink — just a small graphite pad. Under sustained load it hits 105°C and aggressively throttles. The Air also has no fan, but its larger chassis and Mac-grade chip thermals are significantly better. For bursty tasks (web, docs, streaming) they feel similar. For anything sustained (exports, compiles, large file transfers), the Air pulls ahead dramatically.
💡 Real-world feel: Single-core performance is nearly identical for everyday tasks (browsing, Notes, streaming). You'll only feel the difference when you have many apps open simultaneously, export video, run VMs, or do anything multi-threaded. The Neo's 8GB RAM is the bigger bottleneck than the CPU.
