PART C — TERMS OF EXTENSION
1. Previous Employment The Worker has been employed by the Employer since [Previous Start Date] under a previous employment contract for Foreign Domestic Workers, which expires on [Previous End Date].
2. Extension Period This Extension shall be for a period of two (2) years, commencing on 3 June 2026 and ending on 2 June 2028, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms herein.

4. Job Scope and Duties The Worker shall perform the following duties: - General housework and household cleaning - Cooking - Child care - Pet care - Any other domestic duties as reasonably assigned by the Employer
The Worker may accompany and assist the Employer's household at other locations (e.g. relatives' homes, outings with the family) as directed by the Employer.
5. Monthly Salary The Worker shall be paid a monthly salary of SGD 700.00 (increased from the previous salary of SGD 669.00), payable monthly in cash or via bank transfer, no later than the 7th day of each month.
6. Rest Days The Worker is entitled to one (1) rest day per week on Sunday. In the event the Worker agrees to forgo her weekly rest day, the Employer shall compensate the Worker at SGD 26.92 per day (calculated as SGD 700 ÷ 26 days).
7. Home Leave The Worker intends to travel to [Home Country] for home leave in [Month Year] for a period of approximately one (1) month. In the event the Worker takes home leave of one (1) month, the Employer agrees to provide half (½) month's salary as a home leave allowance, amounting to SGD 350.00, in addition to any salary owed for days worked during that month. The Employer shall bear the cost of the Worker's round-trip air ticket for home leave as required by MOM regulations.
8. Accommodation and Meals The Employer shall provide the Worker with: - Suitable sleeping arrangements within the household - Three (3) adequate meals per day
9. Daily Rest Hours The Worker shall be entitled to at least eight (8) continuous hours of rest per day.
10. Medical Care The Employer shall bear the cost of all medical expenses incurred by the Worker, including but not limited to: - Medical examinations required by MOM (including the Six-Monthly Medical Examination) - Medical and hospitalisation expenses - Personal accident insurance coverage
11. Safety The Worker shall not be required to clean the exterior of windows in any manner that poses a safety risk, except under safe conditions and with proper supervision as per MOM guidelines.
12. Work Permit and Legal Compliance The Employer shall ensure the Worker's Work Permit remains valid and renewed in a timely manner. The Worker shall comply with all laws and regulations of Singapore and shall not engage in any other employment.
13. Termination Either party may terminate this Extension by providing one (1) month's written notice or payment of one (1) month's salary in lieu of notice. The Employer reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice in the event of: - Serious misconduct or breach of contract by the Worker - The Worker engaging in unlawful activities - The Worker failing to perform her duties satisfactorily after written warning
14. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this Extension shall be resolved amicably between both parties. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to the Ministry of Manpower for mediation.
15. Governing Law This Extension shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
PART D — ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Extension and agree to abide by them. Both parties confirm that this Extension is entered into voluntarily and without duress.

This contract extension is supplementary to the original employment contract and the Worker's Work Permit conditions as stipulated by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). In the event of any conflict between this Extension and MOM regulations, MOM regulations shall prevail.
